    Isiah Hersey Sr.

    Born: January 29, 1720-21

    Parents: Daniel Hersey and Mary (May)

    Marriage: Margaret Sprague in 1743

    Service: Patriot Isaiah Hersey, Sr. saw service in Massachusetts as a Private. He served under Captain James Loncoln and Colonel Benjamin Lincoln.

    Occupation: Cooper, Constable 1768, 1769 and 1770

    Residence: Resided on Hersey Street

    Died: March 20,1803 at 82 years

    Reuben Hersey

    Born: August 7, 1757

    Parents: Isaiah Hersey, Sr. and Margaret (Sprague)

    Marriage:

    • 1st wife Mary French 1779
    • 2nd wife Celia Lincoln 1824

    Occupation: Set Work Cooper

    Service: Patriot Reuben Hersey saw service in Massachusetts as both a Fifer and Private. He served under three captains, James Lincoln, Peter Cushing, and Joseph Baxter, and under three colonels, Benjamin Lincoln, Solomon Lincoln, and McIntosh.

    Residence: Resided on Hersey Street

    Died: November 28,1845 at 88 years
